Soul Goode
This mobile app was designed for street food vendor who needed a way for their new and repeat customers to be able to purchase food quickly and hands free. The owner of Soul Goode would often position their food truck on college campuses and local sporting events. Quite often the lines would be long and disorganized. The owner noticed that most of the patrons were iPhone users. This app was designed for iPhone users.
Problem statements:
- How can we speed up service for those wanting purchase food from the Soul Goode food truck.
- How can we provide a paperless way for patrons to see the menu prior to approaching the food truck.
- How can we provide a way for repeat patrons to re-order a meal they have purchased in the past (favorite(s))
- How can we provide a way for patrons to pay hands free before getting their food.
- How can we provide a “food is ready” alert to reduce the time a patron waits in line.
